Do I have to register to shop at Tipsyfly ?
- You do not have to sign up to browse through our website, but you will be prompted to register at Checkout. By registering we can help make your shopping experience as seamless and convenient as possible.

- You can register yourself by clicking on the sign up icon at the top of our webpage.
What materials are the products made of?
- We use a variety of materials for our exclusive fashion jewellery. It ranges from plated alloy metals, acrylic, fabric, enamel, glass etc. The stones we use are non- precious or synthetic.
- Please Note: Actual product may marginally differ from the product image due to photography lighting and equipment. We at Tipsyfly try our best to offer information and visuals that are truest to the actual piece.
How do I take care of my purchases from Tipsyfly?
- Do not expose your jewellery to water or any form of moisture—moisture leads to tarnish.
- Never allow your fashion jewellery to come in contact with harsh chemicals, oils, nor spray perfumes directly on them.
- Fasten your bracelet and necklace clasps before storing to prevent tangling.
- Store in a plastic bag or an airtight container.
- Clean with a dry cloth every now and then to wipe off body sweat and oils from the surface.
Is my Personal Information secure at Tipsyfly?
I am based out of India and I want to place an order for a delivery in India. Is it possible?
- Yes we offer shipping all over India, please refer to our serviceable pin codes in the shipping and returns section.

Payment & Cancellations
How do I make a payment?
- We accept Master Card, Visa Credit, Debit & Credit Cards. We also have an option of net banking and Cash on Delivery.
Can I cancel an order?
- Yes, you may cancel an order fully or partially anytime before it has been shipped. You can get in touch with our customer support with your order details and take further steps.
Do you deliver out of India?
- At present, we deliver only within India.
Shipping & Returns
What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?
- Three attempts will be made to deliver the product, post that the product will return to its origin until the customer gives further instructions.
- In case of Cash on Delivery Order, the Courier Company usually calls the customer to checks their availability. Should the customer not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, three more attempts are made automatically. Further to this, the parcel is re-dispatched only after taking appropriate instructions from the customer.
What are the shipping charges and are there any additional charges?
- We offer shipping on all orders. We levy Rs. 50 as additional charges over and above the product price.
What are the shipping charges and/ or are there any additional charges?
- We charge Flat Rs. 50 as delivery charges.
What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?
- We endeavor to get your Tipsyfly goodies to you as soon as possible.
- Depending upon the location, it takes 5-7 Days for the delivery of a product. However for special or personalised items it may take longer.
Will someone call me before delivering the shipment?
- Our logistics partners will give you a call before they arrive at your delivery address. If you’d like to request a specific delivery date, please email us at email@example.com
I’d like to return something I bought. What’s the procedure?
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your product we are happy to accept returns for the product within 30 Days.
- However, this return policy does not apply to special, personalized or sale items.

How can I redeem the Promo Codes/Coupons?
- Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.
- Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.
- Tipsyfly reserves the right to cancel any promotional ‘Promo Code’ and the transactions in which they are used.
How do I redeem my gift voucher online?
- The gift voucher can be redeemed online against any product on the Tipsyfly website.
- The gift voucher can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as e-Gift Voucher.
- The gift voucher cannot be used to purchase other GV’s.
What do I do, if I am not using up the entire voucher?
- If the order value exceeds the gift voucher amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking. Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance amount
- If the order value is less than the amount of the GV, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same GV and can be used for subsequent transactions.
How long is my voucher valid for?
- GVs will expire after 6 months from the date of issue and any corresponding unused balance shall be forfeited thereafter
How do I purchase a gift voucher?
- An e-voucher can be purchased on www.tipsyfly.com using the following payment modes only – Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking.
- There is no fee or other charges associated with GV purchase.
